Homewares

Rock the Home Shipping.  I use Royal Mail to ship the homewares.  If buying on here, simply choose click and collect or shipping at check out.   I also sell some of the teapots, tea towels and mugs on Amazon Prime (here's the link to the Rock the Home shop on Amazon  Amazon.co.uk: Rock The Home ) Amazon Prime is a shipping service that gets the product to you next working day.

Furniture

To get the furniture to your home or to the address you'd like it shipped to, I use a couple of furniture couriers.  You are also welcome to call the shipper of your choice and arrange the shipping from the workshop in Shropshire or even collect your purchase in person.

If you'd like Rock the Home to arrange a courier, you'll need to contact me via WhatsApp, text, phone call or email with your postcode and a time frame for delivery; whether you'd like it delivered the next day, within a few days or within a 2 week delivery window.  The courier generally will contact you  a day or so before it's delivered.    Once I have your postcode and delivery date requirement, I'll then contact the couple of couriers I use and get the best price for delivery.  The delivery price is usually under £100 and I've had great reviews from customers so far about shipping.  I use a courier based in Birmingham who delivers furniture and I also use Inter County Logistics, a Shropshire based courier company.  Both courier companies have taken furniture to exhibitions; I've exhibited in London, Nottinghamshire and Shropshire.  Inter County Logistics are a little more expensive but offer a fantastic next day or two week service.  They are registered with the environment agency and offer a service second to none.

The shipping price detailed on the Rock the Home online shop is an estimate and if it is higher or lower once we have a quote in hand for delivery to your specific postcode it will, of course, be adjusted.  It will always be your decision, once you have contacted me with your postcode and delivery date required; I will call the various companies and get back to you to make a decision as to whether you would like to proceed and purchase the furniture and pay for both the furniture and delivery.  I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and bank transfer, too.
